Auction Forms

The Banyan Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a volunteer group of parents, teachers, and community supporters that have partnered to support this thriving academic environment and provide enrichment programs for all Banyan students. Together, we work to secure the financial support for: art, music, physical education, field trips as well as provide teachers with much needed classroom supplies.

We hope you will consider providing a donation for our upcoming online Auction. All items are welcomed: gift certificates/cards for local services, classes, shows, merchandise, services, tickets, restaurants, amusement parks, etc. Your donation will directly support our enrichment programs while lightening the burden placed on parents and school faculty.

The 2024 Banyan Online Auction will run from February 3-15, 2024.

To donate an item(s), please complete the donation form and email to Info.banyanpta@gmail.com. Please feel free to email us at Info.banyanpta@gmail.com with any requests for additional information. We are pleased to arrange for pickup of items as needed.

For your information, we will publicize the auction via email and social media outlets (website, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) reaching several hundred families and community members.

For over 50 years, Banyan Elementary School in Newbury Park has inspired thousands of young children to achieve academically, develop social responsibility and make lifelong connections and memories. On behalf of our school community, we thank you for considering our request.
